Beef Fideo

Ingredients:
½ stick butter
2 cloves garlic chopped
1 TSP basil (chopped)
½ cup white onion
1 cup Fideo Pasta
½ cup Melon Seed Pasta
2-packages Instant Broth-Beef Seasoning (I use Herb-Ox)
1 3/4 –cups beef broth (hot)
¼ water
1-tsp black pepper
1TSP Garlic powder

Instructions:
1. Add butter, garlic, onion and basil and let simmer till onion is clear.
2. Add pasta’s and mix well. Add instant broth and hot broth with hot water, stir in pepper and garlic powder.
3. Bring to a boil and simmer 10 minutes stirring occasionally.
4. Remove from heat and let stand 5-15 minutes.

Note:
Serve with Meatloaf or Herbed Roast
