Wendy's Version of Lasagna

Ingredients:
Chicken, between 1 to 2 pounds, cooked, chopped or shredded.
1 large tub Ricotta cheese
2 to 3 cups mozzarella cheese (more if you want)
1 egg
1 box of lasagna noodles
Provolone slices for the top
1 jar of pre-made Alfredo sauce( or homemade Alfredo)

Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees
2. Boil noodles according to package.
3. Cook and cube chicken.
4. Mix the cooked chicken with the Alfredo sauce to warm the sauce just a bit...makes it easier to spread the sauce.
5. Half way through cooking time add ground meat and a teaspoon of cinnamon.
6. Stir the egg, ricotta and about 2/3 cup of mozzarella cheese together.
7. Then start layering chicken/sauce mix, ricotta mix and the rest of the mozzarella cheese just like you would with normal lasagna.
8. Lay the provolone slices over the top.
9. Bake until nice and bubbly (about 30 to 40 mins).

Note:
You can do just about, what ever you want with this, but this is the only way I can get my kids to eat lasagna!
