Chicken & Pasta in Cream Sauce

Ingredients:
1 lb chicken, cut into cubes.
1/4 cup chopped onion
1/2 cup sliced mushrooms
1 cup or so broccoli cut into small florettes.
1 1/2 cup white wine
2 cups heavy cream
2TBSP Garlic chopped
Salt and Pepper to taste
2 TBSP dried oregano or basil, or Italian seasoning.
2 TBSP Butter. Separated into 1 TBSP each

Instructions:
1. Cook 1 lb of pasta until al dente. Drain, drizzle with olive oil and set aside.
2. In a big pan, add 2 TBSP. olive oil, garlic, chicken and onions and sauté.
3. Once chicken is almost cooked through, add mushrooms, broccoli, butter, salt and pepper.
4. Sauté until chicken is completely cooked and broccoli is starting to get soft.
5. Add wine and cook on medium heat until it has reduced by half.
6. Add heavy cream, dried basil/oregano and cook until just thickened.
7. Add another TBSP of butter and more salt and pepper.
8. Add pasta, toss until well coated, and cook until sauce is thick.
9. Top with grated Parmesan or Romano cheese.
