Left Over Pork Chop Casserole


Ingredients:
Left over pork chops 4 if possible
1 TBSP Olive oil
Small onion chopped
1-14.5 oz can cut green beans
I can cream mushroom condensed soup
1 can cream of chicken condensed soup
1-cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 ½ cans Milk
3 cups Yukon Potatoes
Garlic powder
Salt and pepper to taste


Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees
2. Cut up left over pork chop into bite size pieces.
3. Place olive oil in skillet with onion and cook till onion is tender.
4. Add chopped up pork chop and heat for about 10 min then add to casserole dish.
5. On top of pork and onions, add green beans.
6. Slice potatoes as if you where making scalloped potatoes. Place on top of green beans.
7. Add shredded cheddar cheese on top of potatoes.
