Chicken Chili

Ingredients:
1-1 Pd bag Peak Chili Flavored beans (16-bean soup saving flavor packet to use for Easy Chili)
2-4.5 oz cans chop green chilies
2-14 oz can’s chicken broth
2 TBSP Poultry Seasoning
1TBSP Garlic Powder
5 cups water
1 package chicken breast skinless
2 TBSP Olive Oil
1 TBSP Cumin
3 TBSP chopped Garlic
1 TSP Oregano (I use Polaner)
1 med white onion chopped
1 TSP Crushed red pepper (dried)
1 ½ TSP White Pepper

Instructions:
1. Use quick cook instructions on the back of bag of beans. Strain and rinse add to large crock-pot.
2. Add the water, poultry seasoning, chilies, chicken broth, garlic powder and stir.
3. In skillet, add olive oil, chicken breast cut into bite size pieces, chopped onion, cumin, white pepper, oregano, chopped garlic cook till chicken is almost done then add to crock-pot.
4.Simmer in crock-pot for 5 hours.

Note:
You can serve with sour cream, shredded cheese and tortilla chips.
