Sweet and Sour Meatballs

Ingredients:
2 pounds of ground beef
1 cup dry breadcrumbs
2 tsp. salt
4 TBSP Onion chopped
1/2 c. milk
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 large eggs
1 cup brown sugar
2 TBSP. Cornstarch
2/3 cup cider vinegar
2 TBSP. Soy sauce
2 Cup pineapple tidbits with juice
2 green peppers chopped

Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
2. Mix the ground beef and breadcrumbs.
3. Sprinkle with salt and mix in the chopped onions. Set aside.
4. Beat the milk, Worcestershire sauce and eggs together.
5. Mix with the meat mixture and blend well. Make the meatballs.
6. Bake in a casserole dish at 400 degrees for 20 minutes.
7. Drain the fat from the meatballs. Set aside.
8. In medium saucepan, mix the brown sugar and cornstarch together.
9. Stir in the vinegar, soy sauce, pineapple and juice. Heat to boiling.
10. Reduce the heat and add the meatballs. Simmer for 5 minutes.
11. Add the chopped green pepper and simmer an additional 5 minutes.
12. Serve over rice.

Note:
Will make approximately 4-dozen meatballs. I also use it as an appetizer
